Recuperative Care
Recuperative Care, also known as medical respite care, offers short-term residential support for homeless individuals who have been discharged from the hospital but still need to recover from illness or surgery, or those whose conditions may be exacerbated by an unstable living environment. Recuperative Care provides immediate housing, on-site medical supervision, case management and other supportive social services for homeless patients.
