Recuperative Care
Recuperative Care is short-term, residential care for unhoused individuals who no-longer require hospitalization but still need to heal from an injury, illness or surgery. This program is intended for individuals who not sick enough to remain hospitalized or are at-risk for re-hospitalization.

Recuperative Care: Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 21 years or older if enrolled in Medical Assistance, or 19 years or older if enrolled in MinnesotaCare.
- Must be experiencing homelessness or living in unstable housing.
- Must require short-term medical care (less than 60 days) to recovery from illness, injury, or surgery.
