Recuperative Care is designed for unhoused individuals who are not sick enough to require hospitalization but are too sick to recover safely on the streets or in shelters settings. We provide short-term, recovery-based housing where individuals can heal in a safe and supportive environment. During their stay, patients have access to medical care, behavioral health support, and a range of social services to aid in their recovery.

Assistance and coordination with housing, transportation, case management, and community social services.
